The Argosy Maintenance plans are how we keep customer sites up to date and reviewed regularly for performance, SEO, and content issues, as well as provide suggestions for clients to grow and improve their sites.

🔨 Warranty

  • Included with every site we build for 3 months post-completion
  • 48 hour support response to catastrophic emergencies (ex. site is down or not-functional)
  • Additional training, as requested

🛠️ Basic Plan

  • Everything included in the Warranty plan
  • Software updates and security patches
  • Review of live site for formatting, content, or performance problems
  • Monthly email report of site status, updates, and recommendations

⚙️ Advanced Plan

  • Everything included in the Basic Plan
  • Regular website backups
  • Minor content updates and additions, as requested
  • SEO optimization

💅 Premium Plan (coming soon)

  • Everything included in the Advanced Plan
  • 24/7 uptime monitoring (we monitor, as opposed to waiting for reported issues)
  • Redesigns of existing features, major content updates, new pages added
  • Priority support and dedicated account manager

Ad-hoc Support

If you elect not to select a maintenance plan, we can still provide ah-hoc support and respond to issues. This is billed at an hourly rate. 


Maintenance plans will start on the 1st of the following month and are only available for sites already built or worked on by Argosy.
