Our Mission

Jordan grew up in an entrepreneurial family and has been working with small businesses ever since. She started her career in kitchens after completing her Associates in Baking and Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University and a Bachelor's in Small Business Management. Jordan was a pastry chef in Portland, OR, where she participated in world-class baking competitions. Using the leadership skills obtained in the food industry, she eventually returned to Pittsburgh to pursue a career in business, obtaining her Master's in Business Administration and a Master's in Food Studies from Chatham University. She brings experience in running her own businesses, as well as helping bootstrap start-ups.

Emily brings a decade of web design and development experience from a variety of industries, including healthcare, robotics, and logistics. She has her M.S. in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh. She's passionate about accessibility, performance, and the psychology behind how people interact with the web.

Colleen has worked as a content writer since 2016, when she got her start as an editor and copywriter with the Carnegie Museum of Art. She has a master's degree from the University of Massachusetts, where her research interests included feminist theory and the narratives of social movements. Colleen loves working with small businesses, helping them find their voice and refine their brand to better connect with their audience. In her spare time she enjoys puzzles and dismantling patriarchy.
